Blue Tongue Traditional Pilsener

12oz bottle. Cleaning out the fridge found this one. Skunky aroma along with some grain. Golden body color with good white fizzy head and spotty lacing. Had that bitter pils flavor at first but mellowed out and fruity flavor appeared near the finish. That fruit left an apple aftertaste on the palate that was alot better than bitter toasted grain. Odd brew.

Pours a clear gold with a foamy two finger head that disappears quickly. Slight fruity aroma. Good flavor, with some hop bite. Not bad.

Bottle. Lightly perfumy aroma - floral hop? Slightly orange gold color with a white head that did not last. Near medium body with near creamy carbonation. The flavor is floral/fruity with a touch of likely noble hop bitter. It’s crisp. It’s clean. Finish is dry and lightly bitter. Very drinkable. Bitter builds up a bit.

33 cl bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a clear golden color with a one finger thick white head. Light lacing. Aroma is herbal hops and very light sweet grain. Flavor is lightly sweetened grain with just the right amount of hops for balance. Soft mouthfeel. Medium body. A decent beer.
