May 8, 2008 Clear golden with large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of, yeast, wheat and coriander. Flavor likewise with banana notes and a sweet end.

May 4, 2008 Bottle (part of a mixed 12 pack): Decent hefeweizen. Aroma and flavor of wheat. Drinkable, but a little weak. I would drink again.

May 4, 2008 Bottle@Home. Interesting aroma with hints of lemon, banana and pepper. Cloudy, yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Very sweet, banana, light bitter, hints of cookie dough. Quite full and a little sticky. Pleasant but not complex or exceptional.
