Commercial Description:
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Average wheat beer. A bit watery and no flavor depth. Seemed too sour and just lacked a good wheaty punch.

Bottle (part of a mixed 12 pack): Decent hefeweizen. Aroma and flavor of wheat. Drinkable, but a little weak. I would drink again.

Bottle@Home. Interesting aroma with hints of lemon, banana and pepper. Cloudy, yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Very sweet, banana, light bitter, hints of cookie dough. Quite full and a little sticky. Pleasant but not complex or exceptional.
