Jun 30, 2008 Bottle: Poured a golden yellow color with a thin head. The aroma light and malty. The flavor was slightly watered down with some sweetness and a touch of bitter. The overall impression from this beer is it was easy drinking on a nice hot day.

Jun 28, 2008 Bottle. Pours a golden color with a decent white head. Taste is of hops, malts and it is slightly bitter. The aroma is close to the taste. Fairly easy to drink as it smooth and rather tasty. Overall, this is a good beer, that is worth a try, but I don’t think I would buy it again as it failed to leave a lasting impression. Also the label is fairly crazy and eye catching.

Jun 27, 2008 This light yellow beer poured with a thin white head. I’m not sure how this beer won any awards, since it is a modiocre example of kolsch. The flavor is crisp with some lemon and a chalky slightly bitter finish.

Jun 25, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a crystal clear very pale yellow color with a slight white head that settles into a small ring right away. Slight aroma very reminiscent of most major lager beers (DMS/cooked corn) with a slight earthy note to it. Very light crisp taste with malty sweetness up front and a tiny little hint of lemon at the end. Very easy to drink and very refreshing on a hot day.
