lucke13 (84), Des Moines, Iowa, USA May 6, 2008 Pours amber with white head. Smells of citrus and grass. Taste is light sweet roasted malt with a touch of hop bitterness and a lingering sweetness on the tounge well into the aftertaste. Medium body. sneagrams3 (1224), St. Louis, Missouri, USA May 3, 2008 Tasted 4/24/08. 12oz bottle. 07341 FJ23. Whatever that means. Filtered with an amber golden hue. Lively brew with a spiraling white head. Doughy malt nose. Mild citrus hop nose. Light to medium bodied and bigger than most in this category. Tingling bitter effervescence. Crisp with a mild caramel malt flaovr. Dry with a kiss of hops. RIP Guinness4Duff (272), Tallahassee (and Poconos, PA), Florida, USA Apr 25, 2008 Pours a dark gold color with a decent off white head which quickly fades. Musty hop aroma makes me cringe but the taste is not bad, malty with a caramel note and some mild bitterness. VTHopHead (590), Barre, Vermont, USA Apr 20, 2008 Bottle - Poured a darkish amber in color with a medium, almost creamy white head that hung around. Aroma is somewhat sweet and malty with a distinct "graininess". Not much in the way of hops. Flavor is typical of what I have come to expect from AB’s "premium" beers... lackluster flavor, little hopping and containing too much of the "megaswill" influence to be a really good beer... bred for profit and the bottom line and not quality and taste. Not impressive, even if it is "organic", that does not make it *good*! estoppel (934), Buffalo, New York, USA Apr 18, 2008 Bottle. Amber body, smallish off-white head, kind of an American Standard nose. Not much here, watery, bland, bland, bland.
