May 2, 2008 Pours cloudy deep amber with a small white head. Very peppery aroma with malt and citrus hop mixed in. Taste is more of the same with some wood and other different flavors not usually found in an apa.

Apr 29, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellowish brown with a medium sized head. Decent retention and lacing. Peppery hop aroma with citrus notes.Starts off thin then hits you with pine and citrus hops. Not bad, not great.

Apr 28, 2008 Pours with a clear amber body topped by a meidum thick to thick head with good lacing. The aroma is sweet with note of vanilla and an underlying mint and hop note...interesting. The flavor is sweet and malty with a woody hop nope and a little pine. Nice bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch dry.
