MFootball (10), USA May 16, 2008 Found it to be very similar to Sam Adam’s Boston Lager. Drank them in succession, although I was slightly intoxicated.
This is a very drinkable beer, maybe a little less hoppy than the lager (which I also enjoy). Solid, but nothing spectacular. Odyn (81), USA May 16, 2008 This is easily one of favorite of the Sam Adams line. It has good solid body just like the Boston lager, but without the hoppiness. rcasta (109), El Salvador May 15, 2008 no vale la pena mentir, la mayoria de cervezas huelen igual y el sabor es lo unico que las puede hacer sobresalir entre otras. samuel adams = overrated y + $ en anuncios CanIHave4Beers (101), Des Moines, Iowa, USA May 14, 2008 A good dry ale. It has a good toasty nutty aroma. The color is a good light orange with a tight but small head. The flavor is toasty almost in the vein of an oktoberfest, but this is much more dry. The bitterness is fantasic, but the malt to hops ratio is very well balanced. blipp (451), Buffalo/Rochester, New York, USA May 14, 2008 Bottle. Pours orange with an off white head. Sweet malt aroma with a bit of caramel. Medium body. Flavor is again sweet malt, caramel, a light roasted note a hint of grass and hops in the finish. Not bad, just a pretty typical amber ale.
