Aroma is medium sweet, yeasty, some grassy, dough, orange, light melon. Taste is medium sweet, yeast, grassy/grapefruit, light melon. Light-medium body, some effervescence. acrdz (4129), Pennsylvania, USA Jun 25, 2008 Bottle shared by argo0. Light golden colored body, hazy. Nose of wet, oily, thick spices wheat bread, cardamom, light ginger, etc. Flavor is pleasant enough, a light bit of alcohol (for less than 6%?), moderately pungent, a hint of spiced bran in the finish. Good overall. kmweaver (1800), Takoma Park, Maryland, USA Jun 25, 2008 750mL bottle, courtesy of argo0. Thanks, Aaron! Pours a hazy, golden-orange color; small particulates; huge, light tan head, fizzy, with decent retention and web-like, medium-bubbled lacing. Lots of yeast, light breadiness, touch of candy sugar in the aroma; dry, musty, pleasant. Lively, fizzy carbonation. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: lovely citrus acidity upfront, solid yeasty presence; breadiness and some sugar; very drinkable and pretty tasty. Nice jolt of acidity. Medium finish: breadiness, some citrus, and plenty of nice dry yeast. Swalden_28 (508), McKinney, Texas, USA Jun 16, 2008 Bottle, thanks to Bu11zeye.
Pours a hazy orange/amber with nice fizzy beige head. Has very nice fruity aroma. Flavor has some spice, pepper, clove, slight chestnut, corriander. Has a fizzy champaign-like mothfeel, high carbonation. Not a bad beer....
