BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Feb 11, 2008 Gold @ GABF 0 This beer is phenomenal. Everyone raves about the Duck Rabbit Baltic Porter, but in my opinion this one smokes it. Rich and fullbodied, very robust, chocolate and roastiness. Some very much appreciated bitterness in the finish, but retaining balance. Creamy with just a touch of sweetness in the finish. fordest (1684), Santee/San Diego, California, USA Dec 6, 2007 GABF. Nice black pour with decent tan head. Roasty malty aromas. Similar flavors with a nice full body and decent dustiness. Pretty tasty goldtwins (3734), Nesconset, New York, USA Oct 29, 2007 GABF 2007: Poured black with a brown head.
