This Irish red ale is medium in body and has a very smooth mouth feel. Pleasant caramel and toffee notes. mild hop bitterness and a slight uk golding/ fuggle hop aroma. Originally designed to be poured through a Guiness type sparkler, although only enduring four hours of a bar tenders patience on a busy St Patricks day. Those first four hours produced the best pints with a nice tight creamy head. Now being poured through a regular faucet but still very nice. Brewer: 5 Seasons Brewing Company
