We added 50 lbs of fresh plums to the fermentor to give this unfiltered wheat beer a little something extra. The German Perle hops give a hint of bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the fruit. One would have to be crazy not to enjoy this brew on a nice sunny Santa Cruz day.
