This is the 2009 release of our Grand Cru. We have decided to add this to our yearly rotation and release a different version each year. The 2009 is a Barrel aged sour, the base beer was a Wheat Wine and the barrel used is a 100% Cab Sauv. Port barrel from Costamonga winery. Big flavors of fig, pumpernickel and plum fruit.
