Non-Denominator Doppel Bock is dark brown in color with a rich creamy tan head. There is a definite toasted nose and bold malty character. The flavor will be powerfully malty with a mild dark roasted malt character from the chocolate malt. The hop flavor and aroma are kept in the background intentionally, we didn't want to interfere with the big maltiness. The hop bitterness will be evident and help to balance the sweetness.
