Fish Tale River Run Rye “Seasonal Ale” is a light bodied, golden hued ale with a thick creamy head that lingers long on the sides of your glass. Our River Run Ale is brewed to an original gravity of 1.050, using 100% certified organic pale malt for a crisp, clean flavor. In addition, the mighty Fish Brewers have added organic torrefied rye malt in the amount of 10% of the total grist. The rye's fruity and spicy flavor is a perfect foil for the gentle sweetness of the pale malt. To balance the delicious malt character, this new seasonal ale is brewed with certified organic Hallertauer hops for a gentle bitterness and spicy aromatic finish. River Run Organic Rye is a beautifully balanced beer which goes well with all types of food or may stand alone as an excellent thirst quencher.
