This golden Lager is brewed using a traditional German decoction mash. By decoction mashing, we are able to achieve a full malt profile that is complemented by the addition of spicy German hops. We condition our Dortmunder for a full eight weeks which allows the malt and hop characteristics within the beer to fuse together. All of these steps are evident in our final product: a medium- bodied golden lager showcasing a delicious malt flavor balanced with a Noble hop character.
