Pale Hops unite the best from the American and British traditions in ale brewing. With a complex malt profile and a solid foundation of floor malted Maris Otter barley malt, this beer is intensely spiced with some of the most expressive American hops.
Light amber in color with a pungent aroma of grape fruit, hay and oranges leading to a smooth palate with light breadiness and slight sweetness balancing the hops bitterness, which lingers in the back of the mouth.
Ingredients: Maris Otter Pale malt, Wheat malt, German and British caramel malt, Belgian Special B dark caramel malt, Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook hops. American yeast. 40 IBU.
