Dark mahogany in color, the bottom fermented, cold conditioned lager beer combines a wide variety of specialty malts in the mash to impart the full malt profile necessary for the style. Quite strong with plenty of alcohol heat, the lager starts full and rich with delicate hints of warm caramel, chocolate and plums, finishing lightly dry.
