Dominion Irish Stout is a light bodied dry stout with chocolate highlights balancing its roasted malt character. The beer is made with 10% of the mash that has been soured. It is lightly carbonated and served with nitrogen to give the classic cascade of form and beer, the black stout falling (cascading) through the white foam. The finished pint looks like black coffee with a layer of white whipped cream on top. Dominion Irish Stout can be used to make Black and Tan pints. The stout will float on top of beers like Dominion Ale, Bass Ale and Harp. Available only on draft. Brewer: Old Dominion Brewing Co.
