Made with Maris Otter pale malt, several different crystal malts, and just a touch of black malt, Blue Bell boasts a rich malt complexity balanced by generous additions of British hops (Challenger, Northdown, and East Kent Goldings). The English malt and hops are a natural with our yeast strain and we add some mineral salts to the water to enhance authenticity. Fruity and caramel notes are present. Copper-hued and medium bodied, Blue Bell is a little on the strong side but still makes a fine session beer. It is also the first beer made at Magnolia. Brewer: Magnolia Pub and Brewery
