Description:
Our version of the popular pale ale style has a contribution from all corners of the brewing globe. It contains a combination of German and Australian malts to which we add British and American hops. The wort is then fermented with ale yeast of German origin. The resulting beer however represents a classic American style pale due to the dominant cascade hops that contribute their distinctive grapefruit and passionfruit aromas and flavors.
