Golden Drop is brewed using floor malted Maris Otter barley, Fuggles and Goldings hops and a late addition of Styrian hops. Special Burton water is also used to brew this beer; medieval monks discovered it was perfect for brewing as it helped create an exceptionally clear, bright bitter. Marston's Golden Drop is a refreshing, well-balanced beer, with hoppy notes and a hint of orange. Exclusively brewed for Safeway.
