The Wit (white) is a Belgian-style white ale and is so named because of its white to light yellow appearance. Wit-Engeltje is Flemish and means “little white angel.” This hazy brew is unfiltered and unique because sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, and coriander are added during the brewing process.
