This beer is brewed to be light, yet flavorful, with three malts and a small portion of flaked rye. The rye highlights the addition of Wisconsin honey by creating a mild spiciness. Though honey is added during the brewing process, it is consumed by our brewing yeast during fermentation, leaving a wonderful hint of honey flavor without the sweetness we associate with it.
