Judges Tasting Notes: Fresh, lacy notes of honeydew melon and peach skin (classic daiginjo fruitiness), wet stone and anise seed; silky, almost oily, textured, buoyantly balanced feel of tropical fruit, finishing with an emphatic dryness.
