Beerocracy is our grand opening brew that is only going to be brewed for
the next couple of months. I actually consider it a strong Pale Ale,
but not an IPA. Although it has a wonderful hop aroma it is not dry
hopped. I employee that great hop called Simcoe that really gives a
giant aroma that is clean.
