RateBeer.com -- Correct St. Stans WheatSt. Stans Wheat

Description:
We have used a 50:50 mixture of wheat malt and barley malt to produce a wheat beer in the Bavarian Weiss tradition. Smooth, light and refreshing, the beer is spicy, fruity and of course, wheaty. Formerly, it was bottled as Graffiti Wheat. The name was a consequence of Modesto's association with the movie "American Graffiti" and the local Graffiti celebration, which has now been discontinued. The superb wheat beer remains, but without its former name Graffiti! It is no longer bottled and is available only on premises.

Brewer: St. Stans Brewing Company
Style: German Hefeweizen
Alcohol Content: 4.5%
Seasonal: No
