Designed using Boneyard’s internationally renowned hop expertise, this double rye CDA combines loads of southern hemisphere hops with dark, roasted rye malt. You can feel the dank, fruity hops thoughout while the back end of the beer gives the pleasant, mild roastiness you’d expect from a CDA. Drink this beer ASAP.
Malts: pilsner malt, rye malt, caramel malts, roasted malts. Hops: Aurora, Nelson Sauvin and Enigma.
Aroma: Nelson Sauvin and Aurora dominate the aroma with New World white wine notes, fresh passion fruit and mango.
Food pairings: tacos con carne, BBQ short ribs, smoked Gouda.
