Description:
A limited release kettle-soured Berliner Weisse with a late addition of fresh brewed coffee. The flavour is reminiscent of a fresh espresso, a nice acidity coupled with lightly roasted coffee flavours. It has a soft palette which compliments itself quite nicely to the rich complexity of the coffee.
Malts: Pilsner and wheat.
Hops: Saaz.
Aroma: a burst of fresh brewed coffee coupled with a soft citrus aroma to balance it out.
Food pairings: croissants, bagels and smoked salmon, biscotti.
