We have teamed up with the fine folks at Peace Coffee. This is a Minneapolis roaster that produces a full line of organic, fair trade coffee. Two seperate meetings with their roaster TJ created a special "Town Hall Blend" made up of a both Ethiopian and Columbian beans that created a perfect match for our porter.
