RateBeer.com -- Correct The Tap Cobblers ThumbThe Tap Cobblers Thumb

Description:
The dining room of The Tap was once a cobbler's shop. This amber English-style "export" ale was made using malts from Fawcett Maltings in the UK and "Bramling Cross" hops from Kent. Most people have been surprised by the spicy hop character of this beer. We attribute that to the "wild" tasting Bramling Cross hop that seems to blend with the "torrefied" barley in the grist to promote such a unique flavor! We have been amazed at how much we like this beer.

Brewer: Haverhill Brewery, Inc / The Tap
Style: English Strong Ale
Alcohol Content: 6.3%
