Greetings from the Pacific Coast Brewing Co. This years fine ale was brewed using a Trappist Ale yeast, Dark Belgian candy sugar and special dark roasted grains.
The yeast at the bottom of the bottle is a byproduct of the final fermentation and carbonation. Pour gently to leave it in the bottle.
