Curious Brew Brut is the result of a co-operation between English Wines' Frazer Thompson (formerly Heineken Global Brand Director), Owen Elias (UKVA Winemaker of the Year 2002 and 2003), and Andy Hepworth. The beer is brewed by Hepworth as a lager, using East Anglian malt and Cascade and Saaz hops.
It is then re-fermented using Champagne yeast. Finally it is cold filtered and bottled.
