The name of this beer is Caribbean
Stout. It is black, rich and creamy with roasted barley and chocolate
flavors. It is stylistically a sweet stout due to the addtion of milk
sugar (lactose) and is one of our seasonal beers. This is the first time
that we have done this beer. The statistics on it are: ABV 5.8, IBU 25.0, OG 18.00, brewed on 6-2-05. Brewer: Bluegrass Brewing Company
