Brewed specially for the 35th anniversary of "Det frie Gymnasium". Concept, recipe and graphics are done by the pupils of the school, in cooperation with Ølfabrikken.
This is a single hop ale, using only whole leaf Cascade. To underscore the fruitiness of the English ale yeast and the hops, coriander seeds has been added during the boil.
Ølfabrikken Det Fri Pale Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cask conditioned like all of our beers. Only available on tap. Brewer: Bryggeriet Ølfabrikken (Gourmetbryggeriet)
