We recently brewed a pale ale we weren't keen on, and as a result a unique opportunity to create once again came into play. This special beer is an amalgamtion of a standard pale with a tiny blend of our aging Rosies to balance the dry/bitter pallette. The result is a remarkably smooth yet bitter experience.
