Formerly known as the Old Rondout (Nitro) Pale Ale
This American Pale Ale has a hoppy/citrus and floral aroma.The aroma and flavor of this beer are created by the American hops used in the brewing process. In addition, slight notes of caramel can be detected in the flavor. Big Head is very drinkable and is the next step up after you try our 847 wheat ale. Fun fact, in olden days the farther the bloody English had to travel (ie India), the more hops they would add to the beer (it helped preserve it). Hence your IPA's are much hoppier if you will then an APA or EPA.

Our same hoppy pale ale, but carbonated with nitrogen. Not enough O's in smooth to describe it. Thick head and a creamy finish. This is one of Brian's favorite beers. Brewer: Mickey Finns Brewery & Pub
