The Cottonwood “Lift Your Kilt” Scottish Ale has been a tradition in the hills of Carolina for ten years- the Scottish Ale that is, (we aren’t sure about the kilt.) Based on an authentic Scottish recipe, this is a lightly hopped, malty, and naturally sweet ale rich copper in color. Lift Your Kilt finishes smooth with just a hint of smoked malt. The founding member of our "HIGH COTTON" line, this ale is proud to be the first HIGH GRAVITY beer we brewed after the new law passed in August 2005.
