ØLFABRIKKEN DARK MILD is our march experimental ale and our interpretation of the British worker's favourite ale. Dark Mild is unusually complex for a beer with such modest alcohol content. It is a bit hoppier than traditional milds and as such more refreshing. The malt profile is adjusted with a pinch of molasses sugar, providing notes of dark rum.
