2002 was the first vintage, it won a GABF gold in 2003. Utilizes English 2 row and English Crystal malts; hopped with Bullion, Northern Brewer, and Goldings hops.
The 2003 is especially special to brewer Ric Hoffman, as his daughter was born on the second brew day, 10/21/03.
The recipe for all barleywines is relatively the same. We just keep adding more grain. Brewer: Stewarts Brewing Company
