The Fly IPA [FlyPA] was a special we did last year [2005] only for the Flying Saucer in
Nashville. We did another small batch of it again this year [2006], and it was
also on tap at McCreary’s [Pub] in Franklin [TN] and the [Yazoo] Brewhouse on Broadway. We may
bring it back later this year when we get a little more capacity.
It was hopped with Centennial and Northdown in the kettle and also dryhopped
in the fermenter, and not filtered to maximize the hop flavor.
