For our 22oz IPA bottling, we play around a bit. We use the exact same malt profile in each brew, but experiment with different hop varieties. This high alpha hop leaves a clean bitterness and is a good example of grapefruit and pine. Sometimes, we get a little sweet character like pear. This hop is also known as "Tomahawk."
