Dogwood Pilsner is what a real pilsner should taste like. We use only German malted barley, a German lager yeast and dry hop it with whole leaf Czech Saaz hops. We then condition, or lager, the beer for two months allowing the clean, crisp flavors to develop. This extended lagering is almost unheard of in todays bewing industry. We then allow the beer to naturally carbonate. It truly is a remarkable beer.
