Brewed after many requests for a light easy drinking pale ale. Made with American Pale malt, malted wheat, and American light caramel this beer is light in color with a light/medium malt content. Three hop additions using Cascade, Fuggle, and Columbus lead to a noticeable hop aroma and flavor with very limited bitterness. Ballpark Beer was fermented with guest yeast in our open top fermenter, this leads to a unique Pale Ale.
