Festival beer for the 2007 St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival. One of the most exciting parts of the festival is the Festival Brew. Each of the participating local brewers crafted their own version which attendees could judge for themselves. Dark lager was selected as a tribute to the early St. Louis brewers who typically used darker malts than today’s lagers.
