The hoppy trails is a fun hoppy red ale for lack of a better description. In reality it is more like an american IPA but it is so floral that hoppy red seems more appropriate. Our assistant brewer created this beer as a farewell to stewarts before he left. It is unique in that we dry hopped the heck out of it in the fermenter for the first time. Usually we will dry hop in cask or keg to create something different with a beer but this turned out great. Brewer: Stewarts Brewing Company
