For our 22-ounce IPA bottling, we play around a bit. We use the exact same malt profile in each brew, but experiment with different hop varieties. Common flavor descriptors of this hop include: tangerine, pine needle, citrus peel, and earthy. Although its low co-humulone content supposedly makes a smoother bittering, we find it a bit rough.
