Petersen Pride was brewed as a tribute to original owner and brewmaster Sam Petersen who passed away January 20th, 2007. Maris Otter Malt, Simpsons Caramel, Fullers Yeast and copious amounts of East Kent Golding and Styrian Golding hops combine for a pungent floral, spicy aroma with a firm malt backbone.
