[English]: Most Danish Christmas brews are heavy, sweet and dark. We are going against the grain with this strong and complex wheat beer. Under the fluffy white head is a smooth and lightly sweet wheat beer brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, maize, dextrose and a good dose of chamomile, coriander and orange peel. Of course unpasteurized, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle.
