This is our annual winter seasonal featuring several varieties from the new ’08 hop crop. A special West Coast-style IPA brew with rich, flavorful malts along with Columbus, Chinook, Cascade, Ahtanum, Amarillo and Simcoe hops providing notes of pine, citrus, and a hint of tropical fruit.
