The first in a series of brews created to explore the experimental aspects of Belgian brewing. Our brewer has blended multiple strains of Belgian yeasts, creating a proprietary blend for use in this series, giving them unique characteristics not found anywhere else. The "mist" reflects the light spritz of a misty Belgian autumn morning. Unfiltered, this ale is pale yellow in color with a slight haze created by the yeast left in suspension, giving it its distinctive flavor profile. Moderate in alcohol and low hop level makes this one very drinkable! 12 IBUs
