Brewed as a tribute by our brewer to his former brewery (not mentioning any names...) and the brewing philosophy he developed from working there, this beer defies traditional style guidelines, making it un-classifiable as an IPA or a Strong Ale. It’s pretty much the best of both! Lightly malty in the aroma and first sip with a spicy hop follow and alcohol warmth finish. If “fizzy and yellow” describes your normal beer, walk away from this one - save it for someone that can appreciate it. Cheers! 71 IBU
